No, I’m not talking web. Had a lovely lunch at The Counter today with @sallypnut and discovered Culture on the way back to the parking garage. It was irresistible given the Indian Summer and the trek we had back to the car. Shout out to all the people that didn’t get the memo that we were going to need a decent parking space, and they should stay out of downtown for the afternoon. Inconsiderate.
Everything is organic and “house made”. They are “all about green” according to their website. I know that I am, at my core, a 14 year old boy because that seems like the tagline for a medical marijuana dispensary.
This being my first visit, I stuck with vanilla which was light and just barely sweet and delicious. Sprinkled on top, I chose the coconut crunch. Honestly, who doesn’t love toasted coconut? I could make and eat a mud puddle smoothie if it had toasted coconut on top. Great little treat. Not so crazy good that I will make special trips, but worked in a September heat wave pinch.

I love that place. I think the big deal is that it has live cultures… at least that’s what I tell myself the extra cost is! :)
