The problem was that they would do something like say &quot;I want a stereo.&quot;  I would say, &quot;I want the stereo on page 324, item F, model number HiFi3499.&quot;  It&#039;s all about the specificity.

Now, I&#039;ve graduated from the Wish Book to an Amazon Wish List.</description>
